Apartment 1, with one bedroom, is located on the ground floor of a newly built holiday house with a total of 6 apartments.
The house is situated at Poststraße 12 a-c, at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. The dike is in close proximity (approx. 350m). Behind the house, each apartment has its own parking space for your car. Apartment 1 is decorated in cozy, calm, warm earthy tones and is modernly furnished.
This apartment includes its own storage room outdoors, where you are welcome to store your own bicycles. Storage Room Your storage room contains a washing machine and a tumble dryer, which are, of course, available for free use. All other necessary utensils such as a vacuum cleaner, dustpan & broom, drying rack, ironing board, and iron are provided. Outdoor Area Your outdoor area consists of a very large terrace (approx. 25sqm). This is equipped with a large garden table and 4 chairs.
These are available from approximately April to approximately October each year.
Storage room for your apartment located behind the house.
Your own parking space is also located behind the house.
There is also a lawn for sunbathing behind the log cabins. Miscellaneous Pets are not allowed in this house.

Wir waren 7 Nächte bis 26. März dort, also Vorssaison. So war es sehr ruhig. Gute Betten, gute Seßel und gute Stühle. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Ergeschoß - Wohnung. Vom Mieter über uns hörten wir kaum was. Diese Wohnung ist gut Zentral gelegen. Ein Auto ist, wenn man nur etwas sich bewegen will, überhaut nicht nötig! Der Bäcker ist, mit guten Brötchen nur ca 300 Schritte entfernt.
wir waren schon in vielen Wohnungen in Norddeich. Das Preisleistungs- Verhältnis ist gerechtfertigt. An dieser Wohung gibt es nichts auszusetzen.
