Lenny’s Place is a coastal cottage in Watchet with sea views and space for 6 adults. The beach is approximately 700 m away in a straight line. After a day out, the living room’s wood-burning stove and Smart TV make a welcoming spot to unwind.
The kitchen diner has an electric oven, gas hob and air fryer for preparing meals, plus a dishwasher and washing machine to make everyday tasks easier. Outside, the private rear decking area has furniture for a coffee or a drink in the fresh air. Wi-Fi and bed linen are included.
The 3 bedrooms comprise a king-size room with an en-suite walk-in shower and 2 double rooms on the second floor. There is also a shower room on the second floor and another on the ground floor.
Up to 4 well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not permitted, and children and babies cannot be accommodated. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:59 and check-out is by 10:00.
The train station is approximately 370 m away and the nearest supermarket 2.6 km away, both measured in a straight line. For days further afield, consider Cleeve Abbey or the walking trails and wildlife of Exmoor National Park.

Such a clean house with every thing you need. Very comfortable bedrooms with great bathrooms and add to this the stunning sea views. It was lovely to sit and watch the tide come in and go out and to see child play in the tidal pool. Lovely sunsets and quiet village. Highly recommend this property and host very quick to answer any queries.

Fantastic Stay. Thank you so much for the little gifts, the dog biscuits, cake, wine etc. very thoughtful. Everything was brilliant. Loved Watchet and the surrounding area.

What a wonderful, comfortable and spotlessly clean property making it a fabulous stay. Great location and it has everything you need. The views of the sea are awesome. A lovely relaxing break - would definitely recommend this place. The town is friendly with some great little shops, cafes and pubs. Busses run regularly if you don’t want to take the car and we had no problem parking.
