Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Trapani Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
For check-ins between 22:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows
EUR 30 from 22:00 to 00:00
EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30

Appartamento con aria condizionata che funziona bene, in alternativa Con porta camere e finestra cucina aperte è ben ventilato. Un paio di volte in una settimana è partita la pompa dellacqua, collocata nel vano scale, fa rumore ma non dura molto. Appartamento fornito di tutto, bagno un po strettino, ma funzionale

Struttura consigliatissima!!! Ho scelto l'alloggio soprattutto per la posizione comodissima per raggiungere le spiagge vicine, centro storico e vari autobus per diverse località. L'alloggio era provvisto di tutto il necessario sia per soggiornare che per passare delle giornate al mare, molto pulito e ben organizzato. Senz'altro ci ritornerò!
