The first floor features a kitchen/diner and sitting room with TV. Amenities include gas central heating, an electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. WiFi, fuel and power are included, as well as bed linen and towels. Roadside parking with a permit is available, and there's an enclosed side garden with patio, furniture, and barbecue.
