There are 2 holiday flats in our house. The large property is a shared property. You have your own access to the lake and will ALWAYS find a spot. Here you will find absolute peace and pure relaxation.

In our holiday flat Seeoase you are directly at the Walchensee.
The house is idyllically situated directly on the lake with its own property and private access to the lake on a larger property. The property is a shared property. Here you are all to yourself with your family and friends.
Let yourself be intoxicated by the sound of the waves, or in winter by a fairytale landscape in white and the mystical mist that lies mysteriously on the lake.
Find peace after a long hike, a wonderful day on and in the lake, after a trip to numerous places and castles of Ludwig II or to the beautiful mountains of Bavaria.
Finish the day on the balcony, with a view of the lake, the garden, or in winter with a glass of wine in your cosy apartment and enjoy the panoramic view of pure nature.

Parking spaces are directly at the house.

The visitor's tax is paid in cash on site.
