HOW DO YOU GET YOUR KEYS?
The keys are handed over on site from 4pm or earlier if your accommodation is already ready (we will only know on the day)
IS THE END OF STAY CLEANING INCLUDED?
Yes, the end of stay cleaning is included in your booking.
It does not include the kitchen (crockery, fridge, furniture...), nor the rubbish to be thrown away.
!!! HOUSE LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED!
House linen (sheets and towels) is not included in this booking: you must bring your own linen. These services are optional and must be booked directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis
Linen hire (sheets and towels): €27.5 per person.
NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the accommodation description. Beds are equipped with square duvets and pillows (standard single duvet 140 x 190, standard double duvet 220 x 240).
ARE PETS ACCEPTED?
Pets are not allowed. It may sound rigid, but we've had too many abuses. Thank you for your understanding.
