This idyllic, small holiday home with a waterfront plot on the Müritz arm, water views, water access, and a private boat dock for 4 people is very quietly located between water and forest in a small settlement in Gaarzer Mühle near Vipperow/Rechlin.
The small, cozy living/dining area with an open kitchenette and dining nook offers space for 4 people (perfect for 2+2 people).
The kitchenette is fully equipped.
To access the small bedroom, you need to go down a small flight of stairs, and to access the main bedroom, you need to go up a small flight of stairs.
There is no Wi-Fi in the house.
The large terrace, approximately 20 m², is fully furnished, and the even larger waterfront plot offers ample space to relax.
At the water's edge, you will find a boat dock with a swimming ladder.
The carport and a lockable shed directly at the house, as well as a small cellar, provide space for your car, bicycles, fishing equipment, or other items.

Additional extras such as bed linen and towels (these are NOT included in your booking), a wellness package, firewood, or a wagon can be booked via our guest app link – you will receive this in a separate arrival email before your stay.

Handtücher können leider nicht getrocknet werden da Heizung abgeschaltet, draußen war es nicht möglich wegen Regen ☔️ und keine Überdachung auf der Terrasse schade der Eigentümer sollte sich Gedanken machen nicht nur Abkassieren

Die Lage des Urlaubsobjekt ist top. Direkt am See/Wasser. Der Bungalow ist glaube ich noch alter DDR-Standard. Er wirkt insgesamt kleiner als beschrieben, da sich ein Schlafzimmer im Keller und ein Schlafzimmer auf dem Dachboden befinden. Mir persönlich hat eine Nachttisch-Lampe gefehlt, da ich ...
