This detached lodge can accommodate 6 people. The living room has a seating area and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave, coffee cup machine and a tap for boiling water. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with a bunk bed. Also upstairs is the bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet downstairs. The lodge has a garden with a veranda and sun loungers. The entire lodge has underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi. There is space for 1 car in the central car park. For any additional cars, there is ample parking in the immediate vicinity of the park (payable).
In some homes of this type, 2 dogs are allowed. Bringing other pets or more than 2 dogs, is not allowed. The descriptions, images, specifications, and floor plans of the accommodation are subject to change. In some accommodations, a maximum of two pets per accommodation are allowed on request. If you would like to bring your pet, you must indicate this directly when booking. Additional costs apply per pet. The surcharge per pet is shown when entering your booking details. It is no longer possible to add a pet after completing the booking, as the number of pet-friendly accommodations is limited for each accommodation category. Zandvoort is the bustling heart of the North Holland coastline. One of the most popular seaside resorts in the Netherlands and abroad. It is always crowded and you won't be bored for a minute. On the wide beach you will find trendy beach clubs and you can enjoy a drink or water sports. The attractive centre has many nice shops and terraces. And despite all this activity, you are still in the middle of nature. Take a lovely spontaneous walk through the dunes and on the beach. Or walk along VVV Zandvoort for a beautiful walking or cycling route. Day out from Zandvoort? Haarlem has one of the most beautiful city centres in the Netherlands and is less than 10 km away. Roompot house rules - The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older. - Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused. - The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another. - If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot. The Luminosity Festival 2027 will take place at Bernie's Beach Club (nearby these parcs) from 21 June 2027 through 27 June 2027. As a result, noise disturbance may be experienced.
We also expect a large number of visitors to the park during the festival, which may cause additional inconveniences.
During this period, the park will apply a security deposit:
- €400 for accommodations suitable for up to 4 guests. - €700 for accommodations suitable for 5 guests or more.
This deposit applies to all guests, even if you do not attend the festival. Make sure your IBAN number is entered under “My Details” so we can refund the deposit after your stay.

Die Lage zum Strand und zur Rennstrecke
Die Sauberkeit und der enge Größe der Unterkunft, also für eine Woche für 6 Personen zu wenig Platz seine Kleidung und Koffer unterzubringen.
Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen - die Lage war okay

Der Strand ist nicht ganz unser Geschmack - keine Dünen … da war Bloemendaal von der Lage besser. WLAN war nicht optimal

Die Häuser sind so angelegt, das jeder seinen kleinen Dünengarten hat… und nach 2 Gehminuten ist man direkt am Meer
Die Straße zwischen Park und Strand ist sehr befahren, kein Zebrastreifen oder Ampel zum überqueren
