HOW IS THE KEY HANDOVER CARRIED OUT?

The reception and handover of the keys takes place on site from 4pm or earlier if your accommodation is already ready.


IS THE END OF STAY CLEANING INCLUDED?

Yes, the end of stay cleaning is included in your booking. It does not include the kitchen (crockery, fridge, furniture, etc.), rubbish bins to be disposed of and, where applicable, cleaning of the fireplace (windows and ashes)


/!THE HOUSE LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED:

The household linen (sheets and towels) are not included in this booking: You must come with your own household linen. These services are optional. To be booked directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis:

- Linen hire (sheets and towels): 27.5€ per person.

NB : The width of the beds is indicated in the description of the accommodation. The beds are equipped with square duvets and pillows (standard single duvet 140 x 190, standard double duvet 220 x 240)


ARE PETS ACCEPTED?

We do not accept pets. It may sound rigid, but we've had too many abuses. Thank you for your understanding.

- The accommodation is non-smoking and there is no noise between 10pm and 8am

- Check-out time is 10am maximum

- Although the end-of-stay cleaning is included, it does not include the kitchen (crockery, fridge, furniture, etc.), the rubbish to be thrown away or the washing-up area.), rubbish bins to be thrown away and, if necessary, cleaning of the fireplace (glass and ashes)

- Don't forget your chequebook for the security deposit (not cashed)
