Cozy 48 sqm apartment, for 3 people, located on the 1st floor of a building without lift in one of the most beautiful areas of the city, between the Tramontana walls and Ligny tower, within walking distance.
The accommodation is located in a strategic position, 900m from the port of the city from which ships and hydrofoils leave for Egadi islands, Pantelleria, Tunisia and Sardinia.
Nearby there are bars, restaurants and pharmacies, while the Trapani railway station is 2km away! FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: washing machine, air conditioning (split in living room and bedroom), hairdryer, iron and ironing board and drying rack. PLEASE NOTE: - There are internal stairs to access the mezzanine with the single sofa bed, please be careful if you are travelling with children; - The mezzanine with the single sofa bed is located in the bedroom, so it is not a separate space. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Trapani, equal to 2,50€ per person per night in cash, for the first 5 nights. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Trapani Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd. For check-ins between 22:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows: EUR 30 from 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30 It is not possible to check-in after 01:30, not even for a fee. Emplacement idéal. Près du centre et vue magnifique
Nous étions 3 et lit de la mezzanine forte odeur d humidité, peinture a la va vite, (trace de peinture sur escalier et plancher de la mezzanine qui se mette sous vos pieds..)
Douche a nettoyer (joints de carrelage)

La posizione stupenda, nella casa c’era tutto. Vicina a tutti i punti d’interesse, fronte mare, accogliente, fresca anche nelle giornate più calde. Le foto corrispondono perfettamente alla realtà.
Cose personali dei proprietari potrebbero essere chiuse in un posto, separatamente. Avrei gradito più luminosità la sera, specialmente in cucina.

The apartment was clean and had a homely feel to it. The views of the coast were beautiful. Marco was a good host and supplied us with all the information needed and was there ready to help if required. Restaurants were not very far away.
