The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and dining seating for four and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and a front, gravelled patio over the road from the property with steps leading down to the beach. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, 0.3 miles a pub and 0.1 miles a beach. Highchair and stairgate available on request. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore all of Aberdeenshire at Shell Cottage. Note: There is a steep and narrow staircase in this property, please take care. Note: the property can only accept one booking per week. Note: Property accepts a maximum of 4 people per booking, this includes infants.
