This flat has one bedroom with a 160cm double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and linen is provided for your stay.


The flat is on the 3rd floor without a lift.


The historic centre area of Annecy is a favourite spot for travellers with its charm, narrow streets, gardens and pedestrianised areas.

You will find many restaurants, cafés and beaches nearby.

The train station is an 8-minute walk from the flat.

🅿️ The nearest car park is the Hôtel de ville car park located 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation.

🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases safely.

Arrival is possible every day from 4pm until 9pm.

After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be charged.


If the accommodation is available earlier we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.

In the same way, on the day of your departure, a late departure will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
