Directly on the Trave estuary, with a view of the busy shipping traffic, beach and sea from the 15th floor, a modern, friendly flat with 31 m² welcomes you. The south-facing loggia can be shaded with an awning. The furnishings offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Living/sleeping area with queen-size bed (1.40m x 2.00m) and two comfortable blue armchairs. The pantry kitchen is equipped for small meals, of course with induction plates and coffee machine, refrigerator, full bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, in the entrance area an antique wardrobe offers storage space for the holiday wardrobe. TV with radio reception.

Description of the accommodation

Welcome to a holiday flat from our Travemünde holiday apartment service! Book your temporary home from home with us.

The Maritim is located directly on Travemünde's spa beach and at the Trave estuary. It is 125 metres high in total. The hotel is located from the 4th to the 13th floor. On all other floors, up to the 32nd floor, there are condominiums, some of which are rented out as holiday flats. All floors can be reached by lift, there is no public staircase (fire escape available). The highest beacon in Europe is located on the top floor at a height of 114.7 metres. It replaced the oldest beacon in Germany, the old Travemünde lighthouse.

An initial supply of bed linen, towels included, non-smoking flat, no pets allowed. A parking card can be booked for € 12,- per night - this possibility will be cancelled from 01.09.2025. Final cleaning € 40,- (is already included in the final price of this offer/booking), with 7 nights the fee for the final cleaning is not applicable. From 01.01.2026 the final cleaning fee is € 45,- and is waived from 7 nights.

A covered outdoor parking space with hangers for locking bicycles is located at the entrance to the residences.

Health resort tax:
The health resort tax is not included in the final price (invoice amount) of the booking!

15. 5.-14. 9.: € 3,- per person and day

Cancellation:
You can cancel the contract free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the rental period. If the cancellation is made later than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which the tenant can take out at any travel agency by presenting the rental contract within 10 days.

We would like to point out that in the summer months there may be disturbances due to the mechanical cleaning of the beach - even in the early morning hours. Furthermore, odour nuisance can occur in this area due to the washing up and storage of seaweed. A price reduction or compensation for these reasons are excluded from the landlord and also the agent.

We would also like to point out that in summer - especially on weekends - open-air events take place and it can be a bit louder in the village, especially in the area of the beach promenade. We would particularly like to draw your attention to the Travemünde Week - the second largest sailing event in the world - which always takes place at the end of July. Please check the exact date.

Tourist tax:
