Resting on the outskirts of Aberdovey (Aberdyfi), a harbour village in Gwynedd, Snowdonia, is Top Of The World Lodge, a single-storey three-bedroom dwelling.
Sitting within Bwlchgwyn Chalet Park, offering far-reaching views from its elevated position across the North Wales countryside, the lodge welcomes six guests and two well-behaved dogs; idyllic for a family escape or a get-together with friends.
Benefit from a well-equipped, open-plan living arrangement, offering direct views across the whole of Cardigan Bay whilst preparing meals, gathering as a group, and relaxing upon the plush sofas.
Retreat outside to the private veranda, completed with outdoor furniture, perfect for alfresco dining or even a late-night tipple.
Returning to the bedrooms, be met by a double, a twin room and bunk, all of which are spacious and are serviced by the well-presented shower room.
Local amenities within Aberdovey and the coast are a short walk down the hill, recommended to visit whilst on your self-catering stay; you'll find local pubs, cafes, Penhelig Arms Hotel, the renowned links golf club, and a plethora of shops dotted across the shoreline.
The Dyfi estuary is perfect for watersports or try your hand at crabbing off the jetty harbourside.

The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, and dining table. The bedrooms consist of a double, a bunk room with 2'6 beds, and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed veranda with furniture, and ample parking in the shared car park. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but please, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.9 miles, a pub in 1.8 miles, and the beach in 2 miles. Note: The lodge isn't suitable for those with limited mobility, due to exterior steps and sloped access. Top Of The World Lodge is the perfect abode to experience the tranquility of Gwynedd and its countryside.

Just wow. The photos do not do these place justice! The views are simply breathtaking! I sat for hours on the veranda just looking out. Watching the weather change was magical!. The lodge was perfect, a home from home with everything we needed. We will definitely be back

Hi, was a lovely place with fantastic panoramic views very comfortable and homely loved electric log burner. But had issues with cooker (timer thingy) probably just us lol turning immersion switch on and off all the time was annoying as was noise of waterpump and would of been nice if there was glass/perspex on veranda like others .having said that would definitely return.

Amazing holiday at top of the world lodge! The views were breathtaking every time and the owner had thought of everything we might of needed inside the lodge creating a very cosy and homely feel. We would definitely return
