Exuding a laid back and chilled out ambience, you can imagine curling up on the sofa here, spending quality time chatting with a glass of your favourite tipple in hand or tuning in and zoning out watching the latest TV together.
When it’s time to eat, the kitchen is set up ready for the designated chef to whip up a culinary storm with everything needed to create delicious dinners for your other half.

This semi-detached, single-storey cottage has a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, and a dining table for two guests, and a sitting room with Smart TV. There is one double bedroom and a shower room. Outside, there is a private garden with furniture, and off-road parking; one space is available on request in the courtyard. Within 2.2 miles, there is a shop, and within 1 mile, a pub. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: This is an annexe attached to the owner's home. Note: Owners have a dog on-site that lives outside. The Cottage @ is a superb base for couples to explore North Wales and Cheshire.

*Beautiful little cottage* We had a lovely stay at Upper Picton Farm over Easter; everything was perfect in the cottage, and the views from it were stunning. Some lovely day trips too, and gorgeous beaches nearby. Thanks so much for such a relaxing few days, with the loveliest hosts, Joyce and Bryn!

Have been enjoying an extended stay @cottage whilst we wait to move into our new house. Very comfortable accommodation. Friendly hosts Joyce and Bryn. Fantastic views across the estuary. Just a few minutes to the coast road and the beaches and facilities at Prestatyn. Highly recommended.
