A lovely detached cottage set in the stunning coastal village of Cruden Bay in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
Families and friends will find this the ideal spot for a holiday including walking, cycling, golfing and going to the beach.
Step up into this cottage and into the hallway which leads to the sitting room, a modern room with comfortable seating, a lovely brickwork open fire and a TV to sit and watch when you're not out exploring Aberdeenshire.
The sitting room leads onto a tremendous conservatory area with incredible views of the bay, cosy sofas and an electric fire; a great spot to sit on the colder evenings and enjoy a relaxing glass of wine.
The kitchen is of a high standard, it has all of the equipment and appliances you will need with some fabulous furnishings.
There is also a comfortable family bathroom and attractive tiling.
The ground floor is complete with a refreshing bedroom with white linen and more incredible views.
The first floor of 1 Hill Street offers three similarly decorated bedrooms, these are under the eaves and have Velux windows, as well as 'dormer' cottage style windows.
Also two of the bedrooms have fabulous views out across the bay from the windows.
The interior of the property is complete with a first floor shower room.
To the outside there is an extensive lawn area, perfect for the children to run and play on whilst you watch on from the conservatory.
Cruden Bay is famous for its golf course and also Trump International Golf Course, which is only a 15 minute drive away.

Had a great week here. The house has stunning views and just ideal for us all. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are all comfortable.
Only downside is the garden isn't enclosed but we knew that from last time.
Hopefully won't be long until we're back

We had a really lovely holiday, hectic with two kids but a great house for the whole family to come together and enjoy a week together. The beach is stunning and so convenient, and the size of the house worked really well for our party of 8. We all loved our week by the sea and would consider coming back again / recommend to friends looking for a similar break.

Fantastic property only issues were seat on down stairs loo moves about. The bath is difficult to empty (problem with plug ) and sink in upstairs bathroom was giving off a drain smell. All easily fixed problems and didn’t affect our enjoyment but if owner is unaware of these issues then he can’t sort them.Thank the owner for providing us with some fabulous memories
