Cozy apartment located in one of the most beautiful areas of the city, between the walls of Tramontana and Ligny tower, within walking distance.
The accommodation is located in a strategic position, about 900m from the port terminal of the city from which ships and hydrofoils leave for the Egadi islands, Pantelleria, Tunisia and Sardinia.
At about 500m there are bars, restaurants and pharmacies, while the Trapani railway station is 2km away! It has an entrance with dining area and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher.
Living area with single sofa bed, 28 '' TV and balcony of about 5sqm with panoramic sea view. Bedroom with double bed, bunk bed and wardrobe, WITHOUT split AC. Bathroom with bidet and shower. Additional services available to guests: heating, washing machine, split air conditioning ONLY in the living room.
Please note that the oven in the kitchen does not work. Possibility of free or paid street parking if available. The apartment is located in an area of the city where in August there is the possibility that it falls within the ZTL area of the city and is NOT reachable by car. Trapani is perfect as a base for visiting Le Saline, the Egadi islands, Erice, San Vito lo Capo and the beautiful natural areas and beaches of Western Sicily! All the identity documents of the residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. For check-ins between 22:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows: EUR 30 from 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30 It is not possible to check-in after 01:30, not even for a fee. As requested by the Municipality of Trapani, upon arrival you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of €2,5 per person per night in cash, for the first 5 nights. In case of incorrect waste disposal, according to the rules that will be communicated during check-in, a penalty of 50 euros will be applied. In case of loss of the keys, a penalty of 20 euros will be applied.

Es war ein wunderschönes kleines Apartment mit einem unglaublich schönen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Berg Erice. Wir erholten uns hier eine knappe Woche. Besonders bemerkenswert war die sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Verwaltern der Ferienwohnung.

the view from the balcony is lovely. you need to know that the apartment is at the edge of town. 15-20 min walk into town and port. it’s also up 70! stairs which I think is enough to put you off the property. also host informed day before our arrival that dishwasher and oven not working plus there was no hot water after day and half into our stay.
