Roomy apartment recently renovated and equipped with every comfort to accommodate up to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The flat is located in a charming period building in Art Nouveau style, in the historic center, and boasts an enviable view of the terraces, bell towers and domes of the old city.
We are very close to all the main points of interest and monuments, 150 meters from the sea and 9 minutes from Villa Regina Margherita.
The railway station is only 12 minutes away on foot! The 136 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building without elevator: it is therefore necessary to climb the stairs to access it. The interior space is composed as follows: - Entrance/living area with single sofa bed, desk and ceiling fan - Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, electric moka, blender, toaster, little electric oven combined with microwave - Living room with sofa, TV and split AC - Bedroom I with queen bed, wardrobe, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower wall (an internal step should be noted) - Bedroom II with queen bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan - External toilet to the rooms with wc, bidet and shower. Further facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, one portable fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). ATTENTION: the flat is located in the ZTL and in the pedestrian area, therefore it cannot be reached by car. In case of incorrect waste disposal, according to the rules that will be communicated during check-in, a penalty of 50 euros will be applied. In case of loss of the keys, a penalty of 20 euros will be applied. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. A member of our Trapani Team will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in. You will meet in the apartment for the delivery of the keys and will be at your complete disposal before and during your stay in case of problems or questions. We will give you tips and tricks that will make your stay even more unique and special. All the identity documents of the residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. For check-ins between 22:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows: EUR 30 from 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30 It is not possible to check-in after 01:30, not even for a fee. As requested by the Municipality of Trapani, upon arrival you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3.00€ per person per night in cash, for the first 5 nights. Appartement qui a une âme et un cachet unique ! tres confortable pour un long sejour, cest appréciable d avoir des lits confortables et une cuisine bien équipée.
Son emplacement est juste top ! a 200m de la mer, entourés de restaurants et commerces du quotidien.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und strahlt eine angenehme Gemütlichkeit aus. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage – ideal, um Trapani und die Umgebung bequem zu erkunden. Durch die zentrale Lage erreicht man Restaurants, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos zu Fuß.
