Two-bedroom apartment Nilda Valdi is located on the first floor of a family house in a peaceful village near the small town of Tar and near the city of Porec.
It consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), a bathroom with a shower, an equipped kitchen and a cozy living room decorated in an authentic, rustic style.
In front of the house there is a garden with a furnished terrace, a grill and an outdoor dining area.
PPrivate parking is provided in front of the house and is included in the rental price, and there is the possibility of charging electric cars.
The house is located on the outskirts of the village Rogovici so we guarantee our guests a peaceful vacation in an idyllic country setting.
The rental price includes the use of air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels.
The nearest beach in Lanterna is 4 km away and the small town of Tar is only 3 km away. Dear guests, Check in is from 16:00 - 21:00 , and check out not later than 10:00. Bedlinen is changed every 7 days.
Water is drinkable.
Electricity 220 Volts.

Town Tar-Torre is settled next to the main road connecting Poreč and Novigrad. This is a fertile plateau, which on one side slopes towards the sea and on the other towards the mouth of the Mirna River. This location offers a spectacular view towards Novigrad in the north and Poreč in the south. On a lear, sunny day you can see the Alps and from the top of Tar bell tower even Venice. This region is famed for its exceptional olive oil. Experts have declared that the finest olive oil in Europe comes from these very parts, from Larun olive groves below Tar-Torre. In the summer months the place is filled with tourists all attracted by untouched nature and clear sea on the peninsula Lanterna, the famous tourist center with a lot of entertainment for visitors.

Das saubere Apartment befindet sich auf einem Bauernhof am Rand von dem kleinen Örtchen Rogovici. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut zu erreichen. September 2018
