In our beach houses, 40m² (3 rooms) can accommodate up to 4 people for a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday.
Enjoy summer and sun on the beach or experience the Scharbeutz winter magic.
And even in bad weather, there's plenty to do here on the Lübeck Bay! We look forward to seeing you! Your domicile for a first-class holiday in Scharbeutz! Quiet location on the outskirts in a spacious holiday park with an adjoining campsite.
The holiday homes are situated amidst a lovingly designed dune landscape with plenty of sand and dune grass and are accessible via wooden boardwalk paths – creating a true beach feeling right in the holiday park! The endlessly long Baltic Sea beach with a beautiful promenade is only 300 m away! Dune golf course 400 m.
Shops 1.8 km.
Town center with spa park, pier 1.5 km.
Ostseetherme thermal spa 3.3 km.
Beautiful holiday homes in Scandinavian beach house style with maritime furnishings, bright living areas, and large windows.
All holiday homes have Wi-Fi internet access, satellite TV, a room safe, and gas heating.
We have non-smoking houses, with terraces featuring seating furniture, a barbecue, and a beach chair at the house.
One parking space is reserved per holiday home.
The holiday park features a friendly reception area, as well as a playground with a bouncy castle, climbing frame, table tennis, foosball, sandpit, etc.
We have a snack bar on-site (including bread roll service).
You can rent handcarts (for arrival, departure, and the beach!), Blu-Ray players, and much more at our reception.
We have a cozy guest lounge with seating areas, board games, and a play corner for children.
In July and August, there is a free sports program (including TRX training, Nordic walking, yoga on the beach).
For shopping in the nearby area, our KOSTnix-Car can be used for a maximum of 1 hour.
A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
Our beach holiday home has 40 sqm of living space, divided into 3 rooms with space for a total of 4 people.
Here you will find: a living room with a sofa seating area, a dining table, a kitchenette (with oven/microwave, dishwasher), a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom.
The bathroom includes a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hairdryer.
The covered veranda invites you with seating furniture and a barbecue.
A beach chair is available at the holiday home.
In the house Strand (3), 2 pets are allowed.
Also check out our houses Düne (up to 8 people), Muschel (up to 6 people), Boje, Pier and Meer (up to 4 people), and Welle (up to 2 people)! One parking space (5 x 2.5m) is reserved per holiday home.
Please contact us before arrival if additional parking spaces are needed.
The house is equipped with a Nespresso capsule coffee machine and a filter coffee machine.
Double bed (2 x 80 x 200); Single bed (80 x 200) – booking the linen package includes the provision of duvet covers, towels, and a bed sheet (160x200).
The beds are not made by us.
Duvets and pillows are provided.
Please note that trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and toilet paper are not included in the holiday home amenities.

Ich kann den Ferienpark/das Haus echt empfehlen. Das Haus war nicht zu klein und hatte alles was wir brauchten. Es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.
In dem kleinen Restaurant kann man super essen und für morgens Brötchen bestellen.
Wir werden auf jeden fall wieder kommen.
Was vielleicht ein kleines Manko sein könnte, es gibt keinen Backofen.

Die Lage
Die Betten im Elternzimmer viel zu schmal und zu unbequem..rutschen auseinander..das Sofa nicht bequem..Es gibt kein Messer für Obst oder Gemüse..nur ein großes Brotmesser ..
Also es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit Richtig
