This recently completed 4-bed detached property is a stunning example of modern architecture combining latest technology with all the benefits of residing in a gated community. To the first floor, you will find a two en-suite double bedrooms, another double bedroom and a child’s bunk room that sleeps 4. You also have a family bathroom. The property is best suited to 6 adults and 4 children. The bunk beds are not suitable for adults sleeping at the top.
Roof Terrace
The roof terrace is accessed from the second-floor landing with electrically operating roof light providing a recently installed hot tub which is available for guests but does have an additional charge
All guests will have complimentary access to two outdoor and one indoor heated swimming pools. A sauna and steam room and an eco pool ( only during warmer months ). Bath Towels and bed linen provided for the house but please bring your own pool towels. A travel cot, high chair and child gates are available within the property. Please advise at time of booking. WiFi included. As well as Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Two parking spaces to be found to the front of the property.
The lower mill estate is primarily a family focused environment and unfortunately I cannot accept any hen or stag parties.
Property is subject to a £500 Refundable Damage Deposit, due prior to arrival.
Changeover Day – Flexible.
Please be aware that there is still some building and construction work taking place on Minety Lake although not close to our property. However, no building work takes place on the weekends. Please feel free to contact us to discuss any aspect of the building works.
